Nestled in the heart of Las Vegas at 8533 Rozita Lee Ave Suite 100, All'Antico Vinaio delivers an authentic Italian sandwich experience that transcends the ordinary sandwich shop. Specializing in Florentine-style sandwiches crafted on rustic focaccia bread, this standout destination celebrates traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist, inviting both locals and visitors for a flavor journey worth savoring.
At the core of All'Antico Vinaio’s menu lies a celebration of simplicity and quality. The star is undoubtedly the La Schiacciata Di Manolo, a masterpiece built on perfectly crispy yet tender focaccia, layered with high-quality cured meats and just the right touch of truffle and pistachio sauces that elevate every bite. Customers have raved about this standout sandwich, with Germainne T calling the la schiacciata del boss “super addicting” despite its minimalist ingredients. Similarly, John Carano’s enthusiasm for the La Summer—especially with added marinated eggplant—highlights the shop’s commitment to fresh, vibrant flavors that pop from every layer.
Beyond sandwiches like the Cuban, Club, and the enticing La Broadway with Prosciutto, All'Antico Vinaio offers thoughtful touches such as fresh Italian lemon tea, creamy gelato, and even an Italian sandwich on homemade gluten-free bread with tomatoes and mozzarella—catering to a range of tastes and dietary preferences. Each sandwich feels like a lovingly crafted work of art, where each element, from the focaccia’s delicate crunch to the carefully chosen meats and cheeses, weaves together a satisfying harmony of textures and aromas.
The atmosphere here is casual yet spirited, perfect for a quick bite or a leisurely afternoon snack. While the service is friendly and approachable—staff are passionate and welcoming, although the ordering system encourages patrons to find their own seating—the focus remains squarely on the sandwiches themselves. This no-frills approach complements the authentic, straightforward dining experience that champions the food's quality above all else. Linda Kim’s review perfectly sums this up: simple sandwiches that don’t disappoint, with flavors so authentic they brought back cherished memories of Italy.
For sandwich lovers looking to step outside standard American offerings, All'Antico Vinaio is a revelation. The absence of ketchup or typical condiments is replaced by unique pistachio and truffle-based sauces that add unexpected depth and richness. This innovative approach, combined with impeccable ingredients and a vibrant yet unpretentious atmosphere, makes All’Antico Vinaio a must-visit culinary gem in Las Vegas. Whether you’re craving a hearty roast beef sandwich or something lighter like a sandwich filled with fresh mozzarella and ripe tomatoes, every bite here is a celebration of Italian craftsmanship and passion for good food.
I’d been looking forward to trying out this spot since I’d seen how popular it was in Italy and my sister and nephew confirmed it was worth the long wait in Italy. If you’re looking for a quick bite, afternoon snack, or a great sandwich it doesn’t disappoint! The sandwiches were simple but very good! I don’t usually like salami but the sliced/shaved salami was really good. The sandwich was big enough for 2 people to share.
I'm not a huge fan of sandwiches, but once I had the la schiacccciata del boss it was game over. It only has 3 ingredients but super addicting! You get a pretty decent portion for the price. I think it's more than enough to share between 2 people. Service was so so, but you come up to order and pick a seat yourself so it didn't phase me as much.
I had the La Summer with added marinated eggplant, and wow—it was incredible! Every bite was packed with fresh flavor, and the marinated eggplant took it to the next level. On top of that, the staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. It wasn’t just a sandwich; it was an experience. Highly recommend All’Antico Vinaio to anyone looking for amazing food and great service!
This is an Italian style sandwich chain that gives sandwiches a different take from what we know in the US. First, the bread is focaccia, and it is the only option. Next, no more ketchup or standard American sauces. It provides pistachio and truffle base sauces. These are delicious . Third, no sides, like fried or chips, to choose from. Overall we had a good experience and the sandwiches tasted really good.
One of the most unique sandwiches you’ll ever try - this Florentine sandwich shop does not disappoint. The focaccia bread they use is fantastic; crispy on the outside, soft inside, and the perfect vessel for the fresh, high-quality meats, cheeses, and toppings. We’ve been back multiple times and have tried a variety of sandwiches. Some stand out more than others, but they all have their own value. This Visit’s Picks: • La Paradiso – One of their most popular sandwiches and a must-try if it’s your first visit. The combination of Mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachio cream creates a soft, creamy, and incredibly rich flavor. It’s hard for us not to order this every time we come. • La District – A brighter, punchier sandwich. The pecorino cream smooths out the strong flavor of pecorino without losing its character, while the peppery arugula and concentrated sun-dried tomatoes balance the creamy pancetta and pecorino. This might be my new favorite. • La Summer – Light, fresh, and perfect for warmer weather. It reminded us of a caprese salad in a sandwich - great if you’re looking for something on the brighter, lighter side. Final Verdict: 5/5 If you haven’t tried All’Antico Vinaio, I highly recommend it - not just for the uniqueness of their sandwiches, but also for the quality and taste.
Really delicious Italian style sandwiches here , and they're done on a crispy Focaccia bread . I got the LA Fade Away which has Gorgonzola cheese and arugula. It was so light and airy I had no trouble finishing the whole thing even though it's a good size sandwich. I really enjoyed that blue cheese flavor. Interesting flavor combos . My friend got the Venice Beach turkey sandwiche and thought it was great . We drove about 20 minutes from the MGM Grand to have lunch here . Definitely worth it . There's 2 hour free parking in the Uncommons garage . Good spot and it seemed very popular with the locals .
